Éxciting, Éngaging, Élevating Skylines and Streetscapes.

Founded in Chicago, Illinois, USA, on the 12th of February of 2012, it focused on designing vehicles, and gargantuan avant-garde edifices. I have been building on that initial though along with me for the past 11 years, and the results have been immediate. Fashion. Product. Web. Photography. Bélanger Design Co has been growing endlessly from a hobby, to a side hustle, to a labour of love, and now, finally, into my dream, my career, my company, my first-born baby! And it has been my privilege to bring it along, and share with you all of my hard work culminating from the past 11 years. May the next 19 years be vivant!

Pinhey Manor Renovation.

I thought thoroughly about an unrealistic dream, as I often do.
30 minutes from downtown Ottawa lies a beautiful dilapidated manor named Pinhey's Point.
It was built in the 1830s by a British businessman named Hamnett Kirkes Pinhey, which left the property to his eldest son, Horace Pinhey, to inherit it and later called it Horaceville.
The property was left in shambles, and the Pinhey descendants saw the property as less of an heirloom and more of an ordeal, leading them to sell the site to the NCC (National Capital Commission) and the City of Ottawa, in 1971, once Miss Ruth Pinhey (the last resident of the property) passed away.
Today, the NCC removed a lot of the old wooden structures (in concern of their structural integrity) and left only the lands, some structures/ruins, and the main manor.
My dream is to buy this property and renovate it to its former glory; not a restoration, to be clear.
