Orders, Returns & Refunds policy.

Shipping Terms:

  • National Capital Livraison: Lives in the Ottawa/Gatineau Region.

    • National Capital Livraison is exempt from any shipping costs.

  • Pickup at the Studio: Pick up your order at location. Contact for more information.

    • Pickup at the Studio is exempt from any shipping costs.

  • Rendezvous Shipping: Delivery if Bélanger is happened to be in your neck of the woods, or travelling; need to contact and coordinate.

    • Rendezvous Shipping is exempt from any shipping costs.

  • Shipping for Far-Away Peeps: Courier shipping to your desired location. Shipping is not included in purchase price, and prices may vary.

For Anyone using Shipping for Far-Away Peeps:

So, first of all, be a person of your word. If you order, and send me cash, you have 3 business days until you may refund/cancel your order. If the order is en route to its destination, on courier, or shipped, cancelling your order is prohibited, and Santiago will just email you with an "Oh well, that's too bad."

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, a story, an interpretive dance, and your tears, you must really mean it, and then we might consider it.

If you so decide to return your product because it's ugly (how dare you!), and doesn't fit, you must report this to the contact information above, and pay for shipping to return, or just keep the damn cap, wear it in a hot shower, let it dry, or put it in the dryer, that's what you do in the military for wool caps.

If you are using the National Capital Livraison, Pickup at the Studio, or Rendezvous shipping:

Cancellation of an order must be done 3 business days prior to delivery. These delivery options include personalised letters, so be considerate about your cancellation.

It is recommended not to cancel your order, and if you pay, it's because you are certain you want my product, and you slept on it. The whole nine yards.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last fortnight (14 days, 10 business days)

  • The goods are in pristine condition (wash, lint roll, but no need for original packaging, as you need to destroy it to obtain it.

  • Customers must pay for shipping back.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (National Capital Livraison, Pickup at the Studio, or Rendezvous shipping, and Béspoke order holders are prohibited from returning)

    • The group stated above is eligible for exchanges, free of charge. These exchanges will be without packaging, and goods exchanged from the customer shall be in the order stated above at Conditions for returns.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example, goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery; I don't want your greasy hair all over the return, or other bodily fluids, please and thank you!

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Mr. Bélanger reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our/his sole discretion.

Returning Goods.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You will be contacted on where to send returned goods.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. (No sketchy companies por favor.) We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery because I need to know how much you paid, or when you ordered.

Refunds will be given once the return has been received in good condition. Returns in the conditions said above will not be reimbursed.
